Two million could have bought a lot of textbooks. Could have even bought a few books about Thurgood Marshall so the students could learn about all the good things he did when he was on the bench.

How about spending money in PHX for the anti-Civil-Rights Goldwater terminal signage? Great use of funds?

And who said that was the choice for this municipality? Why not do both, schools and airport?
