We're having an issue getting MP#s attached to 4 gifted award tix -- 3 PNRs, by phone. Donor is not traveling.
Closest we've been able to get to seeing these is via "checkin", which spouts the "too early - 24 hrs" line, if anything.
Phone ladies aren't interested -- "They're Free. Doesn't Matter."
I could accept that, but for knowing that there's been schedule & flt# changes, and UA apparently has NO freakin' way to properly contact these pax! Their emails, phones & snailmails are all in their MP accts; CSR asked for none of that.
Etix were mailed to the donor, who luckily lives in the same STATE, & has been warned to be-on-lookout for additional mail. But why the goat-rodeo?
Can they expect a window to connect-the-dots with 24hr-online, or Mr.Chicken, or just wait in line at the counter? Errr.. counter
