the way you posted the quote part of my post was off a bit because it included someone else's comments. I did not say what was under my name in your quotes... BUT I guess you were listing a few quotes from me and others?? Well, I understand what you are saying in response to my last one, and my response to that is that I think 90% of the legitimate FFlyers out there, of which I consider my status-less self--are getting compiled into a sort of "oh it's THEM again" with the prima donas who ruin it for everyone else. That said, I have to say the custoomer is NOT always right. Some people who may sit at the front of the plane kinda wrecked that one a while ago. Too bad for the rest of us, I guess. Again, I dont even have status (and that should not be a bad or low thing for those who do) but I fly a lot and know this game and it needs help! The industry and its employees respond that the problem lies with us. So what's the TRUE answer? I think the truth lies in the middle and that's why we need good liaisons who work for no one airline...
