happens all the time at the EI Lounge in Dublin. there is an excell sheet that the dragon just fills in. Last time they took my BC and Card in and called me by my SO Surname Name not mine.

But BA are abit more sophiscated and swip in the BC and BAEC Card.
Next week in MAN I may just ask to have a look at the screen. What you think are my chances on having a goo!?
