P.S. On a related note, anybody notice how the Chase Visa card gives you miles to join, but doesn't value keeping its customers? Am I the only one who closes their account each year so I can re-apply later to get the full 6,000 mile bonus each year instead of paying the same annual fee for only 1,000 or 0 miles for renewals? It's the same with the phone companies: I even contact them in advance saying "Look, how about some more miles or I'm switching?" and they say "No". Then I switch and they call back to offer the miles! It doesn't take a genius to know that, though it's a pain to keep switching cards & phone service, it's very much worth it for the thousands of bonus miles!!
