IMO, the clue was the 25%, since it apparently 1) was points, and 2) the miles donot post incrementally; the bonus would be 25% OR 100%, not modified later - without a call, of course.
Thanks JDiver. Although they didn't modify the original posting of 25% miles, they adjusted it by posting the difference as "PLT CHALLENGE BONUS-GLD MEMBER".
