For those that have used this.. check your Fare Restrictions.. Does anyone's fare say "Refundable" for a fare which should be refundable? I recently bought a $166 all incl. ticket from NYC-CMH and it says "refundable" - I called the agent and to their surprise they said it was indeed refundable with no penalty.. very surprising.
