I recommend any D seat in Rows 1-5 because:

Forward cabin is more private than rear BF cabin, less likely to get stray commoners wandering through.

Food service is first

Nobody will be crawling over you in the D aisle seat

You are on the proper aisle to be able to use the very spacious handicapped bathroom between the two BF cabins

Row 5 is nice since nobody will be behind you poking into your back or hitting you
