ALSO - note that AA Rep #2 told me that AA at ORD will tag bag all the way through, but she said that according to their "One WOrld Group" BA will still not transfer bags to AZ at FCO since BA has no baggage agreement with AZ. (Of course, this seems to be contradicted by daniellam's post (assume that daniellam is an airline insider given the nature of her post...)
