The lots are enclosed, clean, nice elevators, clean shuttles, helpful employees, the give you a bottle of water, etc. And they take credit cards. But I think it is a little more expensive than the others. The cheaper ones are usually open lots or hotel lots.
The Parking Spot has a lot of coupons circulating that offer valet parking (usually $14.99/day) for the price of self park on the roof ($9.99/day). These coupons make the covered valet parking very competitive with the local hotels. Plus, The Parking Spot is so much nicer.
