Exclamation Credit Card ATM Rates
I have serveral VISAs, MCs, AMEX cards (credit and charge). I mostly just use the AMEX charge and pay monthly balances in full.

Which is best to use in a European ATM for a cash advance/Euro conversion? Which seems to have less fees, currency exchange fees etc. right now?
Any tips?
