Thanks for the advice. I'll be headed for East 50th St, so lower level it is. I assume "wide left" means bear towards the right when making the left turn, perhaps the right lane of 2 lanes turning left? Going back from Manhattan (eastbound), I'd assume it's a right on Van Dam after getting off the bridge and then I can get on the eastbound LIE?

I guess I never appreciated the 7 train enough!
