17 C and G aren't bad either, if you don't mind looking almost straight into the C aisle.

And somewhere in row 17 in the middle, one of the arm rests does lift up. OK, it's only 777-type "lift" to about 50-60 degrees instead of all the way between the seat backs, but one of them does go up. IIRC it's between F and G.
