I have to say that this is not what I have come to expect from here. In my time here the board has been very friendly. No, I am not a business traveller. Yes, I do use BA- on 3 long hauls a year and a couple of short haul( Well I made the big mistake of KLM last October- but I've learned my lesson!)
I suppose you would term me as a big time tesco shopper- if they had cards I would be on gold. I would hate to think that I was not welcome because of this.
