When I bring stuff....I usually attach a business card and hand write a thank you note on the back (I usually try to use the United slogan at the time, and place my status on the card). I hand this item to the first FA I see and tell him/her this is for the entire crew (I usually know in advance how many crew are on a given type of aircraft, ie 737 = 3 FA's, 2 pilots)
