I too have had bonus miles deducted--to the tune of about 12,000 miles. I called OP very shortly after I saw it (back in May) and they said that I had been credited too many bonus miles. The OP service lady tried to explain why, but I still couldn't reconcile why they were deducting the miles because it didn't match and the reasoning didn't make sense.

I am waiting on the current printout to determine if I can reconcile the mileage deduction. If not, I'm going to call OP and ask for an explanation, anyway.
