I finally found the time to call OP to clarify my mileage adjustments recently posted and dated back to my last trip in March. She tried to review the numerous postings with me but her records did not match my mileage statement I printed off the internet. The end result was the correct balance even though on my end the numbers did not add up. Some notes.. I, too, had some bonuses added manualy due to a problem of my passport name/ticket name not matching my onepass name. While the OP was reviewing my account, she made numerous mention to the different AMEX bonuses, without claiming one bonus per flight. I am going to see what happens with a flight I just finished and monitor my account closely.
