All very helpful. Thanks to all. I will take a closer look at the Grand Hyatt and peruse the Hyatt boards.

What about the Hotel Seiyo Ginza? Any experiences there? Seems like a good location and pretty good rooms/service/decor. Part of the Rosewood Group that owns the Carlyle in NY and some nice resorts around the world.
