In re: elite line, I saw nothing for oneworld, etc. Security moved relatively fast for me. I don't think this is the most helpful, but TBIT has arranged check-in lines by letters. The big asia carriers are located around "C-D." Air Pacific is in A, which is the furthest right section as you face the entry to the terminal (think closer to higher-numbered terminals). So the area around Air Pacific wasn't bad, and there were plenty of TSA booths for all to enjoy. I'd give yourself no less an hour for your layover, and I think that is pushing it.
