It's a rather quiet Marriott, but has a nice staff, great location with quick access to BDL and the Hartford area, and the rates here are usually amazingly low, especially on the weekend (almost always can be found in the $75-85 range if you are a good planner).
As the Rocky Hill Marriott is south of Hartford, going to BDL can be an issue during rush hour. I prefer the Farmington Marriott. Both are close to the Interstate, but Farmington has lot of good restaurants in nearby West Hartford.
