Can the people who received this targeted offer tell us how they normally buy CO tickets? Since CO is really into targeted offers, it would seem to make sense that they'd send this offer only to those people that have in the past usually used a travel agent. For those of us that already use the CO web site and/or telephone reservations, there'd be little to gain in offering a bonus.
