avoid the full-service Hartford Marriott near the airport. lousy service and rude personnel. It was so bad that the Asst. G.M. gave me back 10K of my 15K I had redeemed for a free night.
As a PLT Premier, I stay in a lot of Marriotts - yet this one reeked.
