Success at last!!!!
I sent a letter to the Tesco Customer Services Manager (Jamie Briggs) last week saying that I'd not received the promised points from either Tesco Mobile or the in store buys. I also mentioned the runaround I've been given from both Tesco Mobile and Tesco Customer Services.
I sent copies of all the receipts, and a small table showing exactly what I'd bought, and how many points I expected.
I got a letter from him yesterday saying that he was able to manually add the points, and he had done this.
Checked my balance, and 12000 points had been added :-)
Also, all the 2650's I'd bought in-store were included.
So, for anyone who's still waiting, it's well worth spending 30 minutes putting a detailed letter together.
