Angry Folks sitting behind you who pull your seat when they get up

I was flying a WBC configured Northwest cabin on Thursday with tons of legroom when an elderly lady sitting in the seat behind me pulled my seat back to hoist herself up to get to the lav. She did this everytime she got up especially while I was trying to get a nap in (which I didn't get around to, making me very cranky). Seeing how it's impossible for anyone to reach the seat in front of them, how do you go about politely telling someone (especially of the elderly) to stop pulling your seat, especially when there's no need to?
