The Case of The Missing Tablecloths and Sundae Plates

I love a good mystery, so it was fun to notice that on my BDL-DFW 5:47 P.M. departure (on a Friday), we were not given tablecloths. Yes, this was a dinner service with the "infamous" brownie sundae, now apparently being served with lace napkins, rather than dessert plates.

No big deal re: above - yet I keep trying to think of what will be cut next. It can't be the tomatoes on the salads - the salad on this flight was just lettuce and no choice of dressing.
