So far, all of the threads I've found fit into one of three categories:
1. The thread refers to MR Visa referral bonuses. As I stated earlier, I do not have a MR Visa.
2. The thread refers to promotions that expired long ago.
3. The thread (like this particular one) requests information for referral bonuses.
And THAT is why I bumped this topic. But thanks anyway for your suggestion.
