Ummm.. you might want to revisit the time-zone item -- IME, 4-pm UK time (16.00-GMT/Z) equates to 11
-am EST -- hate for your plans to be mucked up by a 10-hour miscalculation.

I had a 6 AM SIN- NRT flight Wednesday. Was looking to grab a P seat at 9 EST. Did the calculation and realized with the international date line, 9 EST Tuesday was 3 hours after the flight left SIN! Luckily, got a P seat at the airport.
9 PM EST the day before the flight is 2 AM the day of the flight in the UK. Although, I have seen the Ps fall off earlier. But 9 EST is generally the rule.
