Just got my new statement with the converted points balance online. My converted points were less than they should've been! Last month I had 15000+ points. The statement showed a new balance of 6600 points, which should've been 7500+ points. To make matters worse I received no points for my purchases this billing cycle and no 1st year bonus points for this month's cycle either. Needless to say, I'll be contacting Diners on Monday to get a correction. This is the 2nd mistake on point accumulation in 3 months. I'll be thinking long and hard about whether to keep Diners when my renewal period comes up.
