Urmm. I had a terrible experience with AA in December

I was flying JFK-MIA and when we got to MIa (@ 10:45) it took > 1 hour for the bags to come tout and guess what our bags didn't (so did >30 pax).

I had to line up at the counter for > 3 hours and the agent then stuffed it up (didn't file a lost bag claim and jsut put a remark on the PNR that we are going to BOS the following day!!) We left the airport @ 2:00am!!!!

When we got back to the airport the following day @ 1pm I went straight to the desk and they said they don't have any record and that they will need to do a new claim for me!!!

I was furious! Then I just went to the baggage caraousel and saw my 2 suitcase there!!

AA is such a shi88y airline it is not funny!
