This is a tough situation to be in. You really have no prrof that you were elligible and probably don't know the name of the person who said you were.
In situations like this, its always a good idea to ask for email confirmation and save it. I had just the opposite happen one year when I received the 123 promotion in the mail. When I didn't get the miles credited, I called and was told I was not elligible. OPSC could not believe that I received the offer and it wasn't in their computer.I had to send them the original promo mailer and only then did they credit the miles. This should never happen.
Continental is seriously screwed up when it comes to transmitting information to OnePass members. Neither my wife or I has ever been informed of the EUA program, nor have we ever gotten the card that announced the end of the 50% e-ticket bonus. It seems like one division of CO decides, based on some formula, who does and who does not get a promotion, then passes this to another section who is supposed to do the notification. This is where the whole system falls apart. They really need help.
