Any updates on the nightlife in Delhi recently?

I may be heading there for a couple of weeks soon and have a choice between the Taj Palace, Hyatt Regency and The Park which are our corporate preferred hotels there. I'm leaning towards the Hyatt for the points. Not too interested in tourist attractions

My client's offices are in Okhla Industrial Phase 1 park in Noida. Considering traffic at peak times, how long will the travel take in a cab and should I avoid any of the three hotels above?

Does Delhi have airconditioned taxis like the "Cool Cabs" in Bombay?
