I've stayed at the Embassy Row quite a bit. A few weeks back my next door neighbors on the 5th floor (nonsmoking) had an all-marijuana-all-the-time party every night. The downstairs staff refused to do anything about it.
I smelled like a pothead when I walked into work every day that week.
