So sorry to hear about what happened to you. It's outrageous!

Any other witnesses? Anyone else standing in line? They can track these individuals, if need be as witnesses, based on the time that you and they were both there. Was it early? Late?

There might even be a security camera that caught the entire incident on tape. If they are like most places, however, the tape will be copied over on the next day.

Just curious, how did you know the agent's name? I can't imagine that she gave it to you willingly. Was she wearing a name tag? In case it was not her name tag, be sure to provide a physical description for obvious reasons.

You mentioned that you had had dealings with her before, but she might be very, very clever to behave the way she did and keeps an extra name tag.

Did she seem to recognize you at all? Were your last two encounters of a similar nature? What happened?

Finally, did you get as far as giving her your name or a description of your lost luggage? If so, then clearly you need to make sure you speak with someone else when making additional inquiries.
