I will call the P/A police. I doubt they even took a report, but there is a record as there were calls and they responded. I do hope AA deals with her, but from the lack-luster response from the executive office, and the fact that I still don't have my bag 24 hours after I checked it, my faith in AA is fading fast.
They could have put the bag in a car and driven it to me faster. Considering in the last 2 days I've spent over $1300 on AA, you would think they would figure out a way to not lose any more business.
