So I am flying DCA-CVG-DFW on May 27th. It is a direct flight from DCA to DFW with a stop in Cincinnati....both are flights 1147. I purposely booked the flight on delta.com as DCA-CVG-DFW and on my itineraries, it shows the two separate flights.

There have been lots of questions regarding upgrades on direct, one-stop flights. My question is since I booked it as 2 separate flights, can one upgrade clear without the other clearing?
