I used to work in the area so I can help.

It all depends whether your client is located east or west of 404.

For east of 404 on Highway 7: Radisson, Hilton, Howard Johnson, Comfort Inn
For west of 404 on Highway 7: Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn Marriott, Sheraton Parkway, Hilton Garden Inn, Staybridge Suites, Best Western Parkway

The nicest one in the area would be the Hilton, but it is located the furthest east.

Traffic on Highway 7 in the morning and evening is quite bad, so I'd recommend staying at the correct side of the 404 to save time. During lunch time, it takes 20-30 minutes to get from Highway 7/Leslie and Highway 7/Warden, when it normally takes like 3-4 minutes.

The Holiday Inn is actually a bit further south at the intersection of Steeles and Warden/404, so I wouldn't pick it.
