Is there a listing of the codes for the noises? Sometimes it almost sounds like abbreviated Morse - BONG, ding, ding...

Some are obvious - the takeoff warning bell, etc.

Other sounds that can be interesting include sitting in the F cabin and hearing the voice annunciator call out the altitudes on final.

Hmm, bongs in the air? Hope it ain't the cockpit crew...
