I've flown BOS-XXX-HEL quite a bit in recent years and most of the time held e-tickets from AA. The check-in at HEL has never had a single problem w/ the said e-tickets. Why BA issues paper tickets is beyond me but my guess is that it has nothing to do with AY check-in. Hence, no need to upgrade computers before HEL next "freezes over".
