That was it! The expected "I'll also receive 5 Points just for reading this message and visiting BMG Music Service," which has been standard in MyPoints messages, was most definitely NOT included in this one. I will make a very concentrated effort NOT to click links that don't offer points-for-clicks in the future.
I got that one too. However, mine did mention 5 pts for visiting. So I clicked it through! Mine was in text format, if that would make any difference!
