I noticed the first one today:

"Show me more. I'll get 250 Points for signing up for BMG Music Service."

That was it! The expected "I'll also receive 5 Points just for reading this message and visiting BMG Music Service," which has been standard in MyPoints messages, was most definitely NOT included in this one. I will make a very concentrated effort NOT to click links that don't offer points-for-clicks in the future.
