My favorite chocolates include Fran's in Seattle, maker of Fran's Gold Bar.
I found some of their bottled chocolate sauce at the Whole Foods in La Jolla the other week and am savoring it.
And while not strictly chocolate, it has chocolate on it: Enstrom's toffee from Colorado is really good.
