Please bear with me here...I posted a topic on the NW forum about using NW miles for free tickets in CO BusinessFirst and was directed to do a search in this forum for more info on this 30-day rule. But, after reading through a number of threads, I am still confused...most of the references to BF seats opening up at 30 days prior to departure involve upgrades, not free tickets.

If I am using NW miles for a totally free ticket in CO BusinessFirst, does the 30-day availability rule still apply? According to the agent at NW WorldPerks Reservations, it does not. Not sure I trust that information...what can you folks tell me?
