I am glad to see that I am not the only one with CO problems. Although it is also nice to read that SOMEONE has not had a problem with upgrades. I have decided to change carriers of choice at the end of the year. I will probably transfer to NW <although GOD KNOWS they are not known for inflight service> or AA next year. Continental has lost a VERY LOYAL customer. : (
