Of course, now that I check, the rates aren't the same, as the Hyatt is pricing at $159 and the Westin is pricing at $199...but the question about the comparison remains...I will be arriving at about 9PM and leaving at about 9AM.
I have stayed at all three properties and if prices were all the same I would stay at the Westin ORD without a doubt. The Hyatt Regency has the itty bitty "pod" rooms that I despised (didn't have status). I stayed in a room similar to the one PremEx pictured above I still felt like it was an old tired hotel. It just felt "cheap" to me, but YMMV.
The Westin ORD is very standard typical Westin room, but the room size was much larger than the Hyatt Regency ORD.
Since price is a consideration none were terrible, but if I had to rank the three i would say
- Westin ORD
- Hyatt Regency
- Sheraton Suites ORD
I wouldn't rule out the SS. It was acceptable, just not great.
