How do you feel about this vs the Westin vs the Hyatt Regency for 1 night, assuming costs are the same?

Of course, now that I check, the rates aren't the same, as the Hyatt is pricing at $159 and the Westin is pricing at $199...but the question about the comparison remains...I will be arriving at about 9PM and leaving at about 9AM.
