It used to export your whole itinerary as an "appointment" spanning the start and end flights.

Ex: depart Mon 9am CO1234, return Fri arrive 5pm CO4567. It would export as one appointment that spanned the entire week. Or is there any way to change this?

And dont even get me started on if you work in different timezones than where your flight originates and adjust your time! ARRRGGGHH!
What I do is click "Export to Outlook" and then save the file, which is a .vcs. Then I open the .vcs, which would open as an Outlook appointment; then I copy the first flight info, paste into the "Subject" line, change the times to "All Day Meeting" for day of departure only, and save. Then I do the same thing for the return.

Not perfect, no, but definitely better than copying, pasting special, blah blah blah.

Now I have "Export to Outlook" on some itineraries, but not others. Oh well. At least I don't live in MSP or DTW and have to deal with NWA's site... yuck.
