I am planning a long deserved two month RTW trip this summer and as part of the itinerary, I am considering visiting the South Pacific. I have not been to either of the above places, but both are overseas territories of France and I imagine there must be some similarities. Can anyone who has been to New Caledonia share their experiences. I have read much about Tahiti, but have not seen any reviews or experiences regarding New Caledonia. Any info appreciated.
