As far as I know, individual seat TV screens are standard on the 767 (at least the ones I've flown). The entertainment guide on the CO website doesn't list all the choices, but rest assured, once you get to your seat, you'll find a whole brochure listing all your options (movies, games, audio, etc.).

Interesting aside: last month flying NRT-EWR (on a nearly empty 777), I had a whole row... and 3 TV screens to myself. I was watching a movie on one, the flight tracking info on another...
