SQ is installing 480 seats in their A380s, which is 105 more then their top-end 744 config (with the suites in First and SpaceBeds in Raffles). So it will carry roughly one-third more people then a 744, which seems to fit the "two A380s instead of three 747s" replacement rule-of-thumb.
