I don't want to discourage you from getting out to see a new and different corner of the world - in general, that's what I'd prefer. But since no one's yet answered your question about the lounges, I can tell you that you should be admitted to the Korean Air first class lounge, and it happens to be a very nice one indeed. Not that I've been to so many lounges across the world (I've been to a few, though), but it's the best I've been to, and in a different thread, there was general agreement from others that this is one of the best. There are massage chairs, a couple of TV-viewing areas, "slumber rooms" (although I found the lounge chairs in them to be particularly good at preventing actual sleep), showers (quite nice ones, at that), plenty of internet hook-up sites (and, I'd assume, wi-fi by now), a moderate snack selection and a wide assortment of korean teas, a bar (though I didn't indulge enough to comment on its quality), nice decor and comfortable seating, and a view of the planes. 14 hours is a long time, though, so even in this very nice lounge I'd want something to read or a few DVDs or something beyond just what the lounge provides. The airside shopping mall is also pretty nice and can provide perhaps an hour or so of diversion.
